A mum born with only one arm has been crowned as a beauty queen.
Katie Cooper, 20, now wants to raise awareness of disability.
The single mum said: “I don’t see myself as having a disability because my condition never stopped me doing anything.
“But at times I would be embarrassed and hide it under a jacket.”
Pretty Katie, who works in a KFC, was named Miss Dream Street Worcestershire.
She goes through to the contest final at Cannock, Staffs, next Saturday.
Katie, whose 17-month-old daughter Eden has cerebral palsy, added: “I am really proud of myself.
“I don’t want my daughter to feel she can’t do anything or let anything hold her back.
“You can do anything if you try and I will make sure Eden knows that as she is growing up.”
